Shipping & Local Pick-Up Policy
Your order will be shipped or ready for local pick-up in Panama City, FL within 1-3 business days. You will receive an automatic email notification stating your order has shipped or ready for pick-up. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship the following Business day.
Domestic shipping only.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 15 days of order's original ship date of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange for store credit ONLY. Your store credit will be available in e-gift card form and will be available 3-5 days after we receive and process the return. The e-gift card will expire two (2) years after the original issue date.
Damaged or Defective items upon receipt:
If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 72 hours of receipt. If the notification occurs outside of this window, we can no longer process the return. All damaged goods require a submitted photo to be reviewed. Please include any damaged or defective areas in the photo.
Cancellations:
Please note that our orders CANNOT be cancelled, changed, or modified after checkout due to our quick turnaround and processing times. n content and make changes to the font. It's a great place to tell a story about your business and let users know more about you.
Exchanges:
We do allow exchanges for the same item in a different size or color on one occasion for each customer order(if inventory permits). Exchange requests must be processed within the same 15-day time window.
